Used to shape, give size, and texture to sausage products in the process of cooking. The press frame consists of levels. At every level, the separators, between which the individual sausages are put in, are installed. The levels filled with the product are arranged in columns inside the frame. Then, using the «carjack» mechanism, the top plate is lowered onto the levels for them to be pressed.
Material used – AiSi 304 stainless steel.
