Used to shape, give size, and texture to sausage products in the process of cooking. The press
frame consists of levels made of sheet metal, where the product is put in between the
separators. The height of the end product is determined by the height of the separators. The
levels filled with the product are arranged in columns inside the frame. Then, using the winching
pressing mechanism, the top plate is lowered onto the levels for them to be pressed. As a result,
the individual sausages acquire a flat (oval) shape.
It is also possible to increase the output of the press frame by adding levels, if necessary.
Material used – AiSi 304 stainless steel.
