The machine is used in the cutting and packaging areas of the meat-processing plants and milk-processing plants for cutting sausage-shaped cheeses. Using our mechanized cutting device, you will get a consistent angled cut, and uniform product units ready to ship to the retailers. The device is equipped with a self- centering holder that can be made to fit sausages of different lengths and diameters.
